Jodine P. Mills, Owner/Broker

Jodine P. Mills grew up locally, in both Amador and Calaveras counties. In 1969, at age 6, her family moved to the Jackson area. After moving to a 160-acre ranch in Paloma with no electricity or telephone, Jodine grew up learning the value of hard work and the importance of completing a task correctly. Having the freedom to run wild on the ranch as a child instilled a great passion for the outdoors in Jodine which only bolsters the love she has for her career. After moving to the historic town of Calaveritas in her teens, her exploration of the history and natural wonders in both counties solidified her decision to stay in the area.

Jodine became a licensed Realtor in December of 2000 and started her career in Mountain Ranch with her incredible mentor and friend Bill Stark. In 2017 she took the leap and became a Real Estate Broker. After careful consideration, beautiful Mokelumne Hill became the home base of her company. Jodine specializes in large acreage and home sales but loves working with first time home buyers too. Their excitement is so contagious! She believes every transaction deserves her best and can’t wait to help you find the joy in your real estate transactions.

Adrianna Casem,
Realtor Associate

As a young woman born and raised in Calaveras, Adrianna thoroughly enjoys small town country living. After graduating from Calaveras High at 16, she started and grew two successful small businesses: Simply Clean Cleaning Services, and Double Trouble DJ & Karaoke. Both businesses are inspired by who she is: organized, tidy, a gifted singer, and a lover of all things musical. She still maintains and works part time with each business. At 23 she took the leap and entered into the collegiate world, while working full time, and earned an AAS in the medical field.

During this time she welcomed a beautiful little girl into the world, and started her most important life-long job position: being a mom. She remained a stay-at-home mom until the experience of purchasing a home inspired her all over again, and she decided to obtain her Real Estate license and enter into a new flexible career.

She joined JPM Realty with an open mind and and open heart, and looks forward to helping people find their dream property in Calaveras County.

Finley, Greeter/Office Manager (he thinks!)

Finley started his career at JPM Realty at 7 weeks old. He enjoys greeting people and keeping watch over Shutter Tree park from the office window. Be sure to stop in to say hello if you are in Mokelumne Hill.
